House rules Hoeve De Hemel
In order to make the stay as pleasant as possible for all our guests, we ask you to consider some house rules:

- Check-out: until 11:00
Pets welcome – upon request
Small pets are welcome at Hoeve De Hemel, provided prior approval is obtained. To ensure the comfort and hygiene of all our guests, we only accept pets that shed little or no hair (e.g., hypoallergenic breeds or dogs with coats that do not shed).

Pets are only allowed after confirmation from our side. They are not permitted in the common areas, such as the breakfast room. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This way, we can ensure a pleasant stay for all guests – with or without pets.
At Hoeve De Hemel, we welcome children from the age of 10 in order to maintain the peace and comfort of all our guests.
If you rent the entire property (all 10 rooms), this age restriction no longer applies – ideal for a cozy family gathering.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire building.
Care for the interior
Our farmhouse is furnished with natural materials such as oak wood and polished concrete floors. Please report or clean up any spilled drinks or substances immediately to prevent permanent stains.
Our standard stay is a minimum of 2 nights. Would you still like to stay only 1 night? Please contact us – we will be happy to see what is possible.
Respect for the surroundings
Hoeve De Hemel is located in a peaceful, natural setting, and our property also includes a horse boarding facility. We kindly ask that you be respectful of the animals and maintain the serene atmosphere.
