Cancellation terms
We understand that plans can sometimes change and would like to provide you with a clear cancellation procedure. The following cancellation conditions apply, listed percentages will be charged:
- 21 to 15 days prior to arrival → 25% of the total amount
- 14 to 8 days before arrival → 50% of the total amount
- 7 to 2 days before arrival → 75% of the total amount
- Less than 48 hours before arrival → 100% of the total amount
Cancellations and changes must always be made in writing.
We do not accept cancellations by phone or in person.
