Pieter, Iris and Lucas!
Welcome to Hoeve De Hemel! We are Pieter and Iris, together with our little son Lucas, and with great pride and enthusiasm we open the doors of our charming farm hotel in Zuienkerke. This adventure is more than a project for us – it is the realization of a dream.
For me, Pieter, this place is extra special. I grew up here, on the farm that my parents passionately ran for many years as a cattle and arable farm. Later, my youngest brother Dries expanded it with a horse boarding house. The family connection to this place is strong, and my parents still live here.
Iris, my wife, has a background in accounting and worked in the insurance industry for many years. But her real motivation has always been the contact with people. I myself have spent much of my career in and around the port of Zeebrugge. After years of office work, we decided together to take a new path and turn our passion for hospitality into something tangible: Hoeve De Hemel.
With our farm hotel, we want you to enjoy everything this special place has to offer:
